Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience within AV industry
- Strong B2B project sales / business development background
- Existing network with AV / Acoustic consultants in Southeast Asia
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring a sales team
- Engineering or related technical background preferred
Responsibilities
- Leading Project Sales team for Audio Visual Systems division
- Managing corporate accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Driving revenue targets and sales performance
- Providing technical guidance on AV systems, IT infrastructure, projection systems, professional sound systems, and integrated control systems
- Building relationships with consultants, clients, and industry stakeholders
