· 8+ years of experience in GIS development and spatial data analysis

· Strong expertise in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise suite, including ArcGIS Server

·        ArcGISPortal

·        ArcGISEnterprise SDK

·        ArcGISPro

·        Extensiveexperience with FME Desktop and FME Server

·        Proficiencyin developing and consuming REST APIs for spatial services

·        Strongunderstanding of spatial databases (Oracle Spatial, PostGIS)

· Basic experience with Python scripting for GIS automation

·        Knowledgeof web mapping technologies and standards (OGC)

· Experience working in agile development environments

TechnicalSkills:
