Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors and system integrators on post-go-live enhancements and subsequent global rollout projects.
• Participate in project activities such as requirements validation, technical design, implementation, test plan execution, infrastructure setup, data cleansing, and system migration.
• Work with team members to actively assess and provide solutions to meet functional requirements and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with the solution architect and software designers.
• Post-project go-live, the ETRM Systems Analyst will be the primary on-site contact to provide system administrative support to the local user community.
• Work with developers as L2 support in managing daily incidents and change requests for the ETRM system, and assist in developing a support model for the business with relevant SLA metrics.
• Capture and raise system enhancement or bug-fix requests/reports to the vendor support team, monitoring and following up on request fulfillment or bug resolutions. Once completed, test and implement the requests or resolutions in the test environment and later deploy them to the live environment.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized educational institution.
• Minimum 3 years of system analysis and support experience in the ETRM/Trading/Finance industries, with substantial know-how and active participation in systems deployment projects and support work.
• Direct project implementation experience (as a core member) of major ETRMS such as ASPECT, Enuit, OPENLINK, Allegro, Triple Point, etc.
• Systems and technical analysis work in the project delivery of a new system and its subsequent operations.
• Level 1 and/or Level 2 support experience with an excellent understanding of the business and systems processes across the entire business value chain.
• Continual engagement with end-users to champion new initiatives and projects aimed at improving business processes and system capabilities.
• Strong experience in SQL database query language, data analysis, and data visualization work.
