Ready to drive client success? We are looking for a relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to lead our Talent Business accounts from onboarding through renewal. Having a deep understanding of SaaS

business models, service delivery, and client management is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary trusted advisor for our talent business clients.

• Drive revenue by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and assisting in contract negotiations.

• Manage the complete account lifecycle and coordinate project deliverables cross-functionally

• Track critical metrics like retention, CSAT, and revenue growth to present actionable insights.

• Any ad hoc tasks as and when required.
