岗位职责

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the college.
  • Supervise and support the faculty and staff.
  • Ensure relevant curriculum content and regular assessment of the educational quality.
  • Ensure high quality teachers are recruited for the college.
  • Organize programmes to assist and orientate new teachers and students.
  • Build and manage positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the community.
  • Management of student affairs, including strategic planning for student recruitment and placement, scholarship matters, as well as administration of student programmes.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for the college
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and financial sustainability for the college.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in the relevant field.
  • NIE-trained and has held similar position in government secondary schools or colleges.
  • Familiarity with ‘O’ and ‘A’ level programmes is a definite advantage.
  • Excellent people and leadership skills.
  • Passion for educating and interacting with youth.
  • A dynamic and highly driven individual with strong communication and analytical skills.
