- In this role, you will work across different functions to understand business challenges, uncover inefficiencies, and design practical solutions that improve how people, processes, systems, and data work together. You will leverage AI, automation, and technology to turn ideas into reality, helping teams work smarter, faster, and more effectively.
- This is not a traditional business analyst, project management, or system administration role. We are looking for a builder — someone who enjoys solving complex problems, connecting dots across different domains, experimenting with new technologies, and creating solutions from the ground up.
- Understand Problems Deeply
- Partner with stakeholders across different functions to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ask the right questions to uncover root causes rather than surface-level symptoms.
- Analyze how people, processes, systems, and data interact across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve user experience.
- Design and Build Solutions
- Translate business problems into practical solutions, leveraging AI, automation, workflows, dashboards, internal tools, or other technology-enabled approaches.
- Rapidly prototype ideas, test assumptions, gather feedback, and iterate.
- Connect fragmented processes and systems into more seamless experiences.
- Work with technical teams when deeper development or integrations are required.
- Drive Innovation Through AI
- Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate problem-solving, analysis, solution design, and implementation.
- Explore emerging technologies and evaluate how they can be applied to real business challenges.
- Challenge conventional ways of working and identify opportunities to redesign processes using AI.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation.
Requirements
- Min. 1 year of experience in consulting, business operations, product management, startups, technology, process improvement, automation, or related fields.
- Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI to improve productivity, automate work, build solutions, or solve business problems.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- Builder mentality with a bias towards action and experimentation.
- Ability to learn quickly and pick up new tools, technologies, and business domains.
- Built AI workflows, automations, dashboards, internal tools, agents, or side projects preferred.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, or AI applications preferred.
- Exposure to consulting, product management, operations, transformation, or startup environments preferred.
- Demonstrated examples of using technology to solve real-world business problems preferred.
