The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Operations Planning supports the Chief Operating Officer in driving strategy implementation and operational effectiveness across NHG Community Health.
This role sits within a small team responsible for the coordination and coherence of operations across the mission. Day-to-day, this means owning performance reporting and KPI tracking for senior leadership to enable data-driven decision-making; supporting long-term capacity planning and analysis; coordinating efforts across departments alignment across the mission and contributing to work that maps how residents and patients are cared for by the mission.
This role offers exposure to the breadth of a complex healthcare mission, working across teams, translating data into actionable insights and supporting decisions that have a direct bearing on care delivery.

Performance Dashboards and Data Analytics
Develop and maintain operational indicators and dashboards across NHG Community Health service lines
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate indicators reporting
Monitor performance metrics to surface trends, gaps, and emerging issues early and translate findings into clear and actionable insights
Refine metrics and dashboard functionality in response to evolving operational priorities and stakeholder needs
Prepare regular performance reports to support senior management in planning and decision-making

Capacity Planning and Analysis
Support long-term capacity planning exercises across service lines, working with stakeholders to gather, validate and synthesize operational data

Develop and prepare analytical reports and summaries to support leadership decision-making on resource allocation and service planning
Monitor and track capacity-related metrics to identify emerging trends and flag areas requiring attention

Community Events Coordination and Mission Engagement
Build and maintain a comprehensive mission-wide events calendar that gives leadership visibility and oversight of its community presence, commitments and resourcing requirements
Develop and operationalise an event tiering framework that aligns resource deployment with strategic intent
Coordinate with departments to determine appropriate assets and collaterals for each event based on its tier, theme and target audience
Identify gaps in existing collateral and support the development of new materials to strengthen the mission's community touchpoints

Stays current with developments in healthcare operations, planning methodologies and best practices, and actively contribute to the team's knowledge base through sharing and documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Backgrounds in business, public policy, health services, data analytics or a related field are relevant, though not required.
1 to 3 years of working experience in an operations, planning, strategy or coordination role. Experience in healthcare or public sector is an advantage
Must possess strong administrative, stakeholder management and project coordination skills
Strong written and communication skills
Familiarity with AI tools to support research, drafting, and analysis.
Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel to support preparation of senior-level materials
