Brooklyn Bar is looking for friendly, energetic, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Service Crew. We are a New York-inspired bar in Singapore, serving bold flavours, good drinks, good music, and unforgettable nights.

Job Responsibilities

As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for guests.

You will be expected to:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Recommend menu items, promotions, and signature drinks
• Ensure tables are clean, neat, and ready for guests
• Assist with clearing plates, setting tables, and maintaining cleanliness
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Support daily operations during busy service hours
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and confident when speaking to customers
• Able to work in a fast-paced bar environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Prior F&B or bar service experience is preferred but not required
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Must be comfortable working in a nightlife/bar setting
