Job Description
Responsibilities
Customer & Forwarder Liaison: Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel to ensure shipment readiness and timely delivery schedules.
Customer Support: Assist customers with shipment related queries and provide prompt updates on shipment schedules.
Documentation Management: Prepare and manage day-to-day delivery documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Warehouse Communication: Work closely with the warehouse operations team to manage inbound and outbound shipments, resolving issues as they arise.
Customer-Warehouse Interface: Facilitate seamless communication between warehouse staff and customers to support smooth operations.
Ad-hoc Duties: Support the Warehouse with additional tasks as required to enhance team efficiency.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
