Location: Marina Square Showroom & Ubi Office (Occasionally)
Salary: $2,200 – $2,600 / month (Basic + Monthly Incentive upon confirmation)
Job Type: Full-Time, 5-day work week
Rest Days: 2 days per week (Weekdays only; required to work weekends/PH)
Working Hours:

• At Marina Square: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Retail shift)
• At Ubi Office: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Office shift)

About Us

Synwin Music is a premier specialist in fine stringed instruments. We are looking for an outgoing, people-oriented individual to join our team. No prior retail experience is required—we provide full on-the-job training!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and guide parents, students, and musicians at our Marina Square showroom.
• Operations Support: Travel to our Ubi office when needed to assist with e-commerce packing and inventory.
• Showroom Maintenance: Keep the retail floor organized, neat, and visually appealing.
• Instrument Care: Learn to safely handle, tune, and showcase violins, cellos, guitars etc

Requirements

• Sociable & Outgoing: Friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys talking to people.
• Flexible: Comfortable working across both locations depending on the weekly schedule.
• Music Enthusiast: A passion for music or basic knowledge of stringed instruments is advantageous.
• Commitment: Available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
