We are seeking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments & vendors payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, submit quarterly GST
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Prepare audit schedule and audit matters.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assign by superiors.

Requirements and skills

• At least 2 years work experience as an account assistant
• Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Globe3, QuickBooks
• Must have good MS Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance

5 days work week. Monday to Friday

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
