Job Scope
- Property Management: Keep estates safe, well-maintained, and compliant with regulations. Conduct inspections, oversee contractors, and respond to emergencies with confidence.
- Business Planning: Organize day-to-day operations, liaise with councils, and drive site objectives. You’ll be the go-to strategist for smooth estate living.
- Administrative Leadership: Prepare notices, minutes, and reports. Keep documentation sharp and accurate.
- Relationship Building: Work closely with residents, councils, and contractors. Be the friendly face that ensures harmony and trust.
- Financial Management: Draft budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance stays on track.
- Continuous Improvement: Innovate, upgrade, and bring fresh ideas to estate management.
