IT Administrator/Service Desk/ Operations Coordinator/ Asset & Operations Administrator
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to provide administrative support to our IT Operations team deployed at customer sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day IT operations by coordinating service requests, managing IT assets, scheduling activities, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit and monitor service request tickets in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system as requested by support teams or clients.
- Track and follow up on service requests to ensure completion within the defined turnaround time.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining clean laptop inventory levels.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for various IT operational activities.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory stored in the storeroom.
- Prepare and update administrative reports, records, and documentation as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the IT Operations team.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, IT support, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of End User Computing Devices (EUCD) such as laptops, desktops, and related peripherals will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
