Job Scope

• Handle all scheduling related for music school such as music lessons, assist on executing events schedule for students & others.
• Handle opening and closing of school.
• Perform basic filing and clerical duties such as billing , payment collection , documentation & others.
• Manage student & parents satisfaction level.
• Collect fees , ensuring timely collection.
• Upkeep to ensure environment is presentable & functional.
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
• Sign new students up

Requirements

• Working hours :

Tue , Wed, Thu : 1:30pm-10:30pm
Sat & Sun : 8am-5pm
Mon & Fri off

• Understand Mandarin
• Pleasant looking, kind & warm personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
