Krava Studio Enterprise Hiring! Full Time Finance - Tax Executive (Junior) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• Support daily finance and tax operations for Malaysia entities
• Prepare and perform GL reconciliation, including tax-related accounts (SST, WHT, corporate tax)
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to tax and accounting entries
• Prepare journal entries for tax-related transactions and ensure accuracy in GL postings
• Assist in preparing and submitting tax filings (Corporate Tax, SST, WHT) under supervision
• Support in reconciling tax reports vs GL and financial statements
• Assist in tax audit preparation by compiling supporting documentation
• Work with GC Pune finance team to ensure correct tax treatment of transactions
• Maintain proper tax documentation and schedules for reporting purposes
• Update and maintain tax trackers, reconciliations, and working files
• Monitor and highlight discrepancies or unusual items in GL or tax reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Support ad hoc tasks and requests from senior team members

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, tax, or audit
• Basic understanding of Malaysia tax regulations (CIT, SST, WHT).
• Hands-on experience in GL reconciliation (including tax accounts) and basic financial closing
• Familiar with accounting entries and schedules
• Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle / SAP is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot, lookup, basic analysis)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently with guidance from senior staff
• Good communication skills in English

*Contract role: 12 months (renewable)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
