We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at The Red Beanbag.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality leadership, loves building strong teams, understands guest experience deeply, and is able to use numbers and operational data to drive performance.

We are seeking someone mature, hands-on, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture while maintaining high service standards.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and motivating the floor team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Driving service standards, hospitality culture, and operational excellence
• Managing daily restaurant operations smoothly and efficiently
• Monitoring sales performance, labour cost, productivity, and operational KPIs
• Analysing reports and identifying opportunities to improve performance
• Training, coaching, and developing supervisors and service crew
• Managing staff scheduling, manpower planning, and floor coordination
• Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
• Ensuring cleanliness, SOP compliance, and food safety standards
• Working closely with management to improve systems, customer satisfaction, and profitability

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership maturity
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in restaurant or café management
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Service-oriented with a passion for hospitality
• Data-driven mindset with ability to understand sales and operational reports
• Able to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
• Organised, disciplined, and solution-focused
• Experience managing high-volume café or restaurant operations is an advantage
