RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business digitalization needs and translate them into functional Microsoft Power Applications (Power Apps, Automate, RPA).
• Build user-friendly Power Apps interfaces using Canvas or model-driven approaches.
• Basic understanding of data connections, custom controls and formulas.
• Must utilize Power Automate to design and implement automated work flows across different application and services, including data triggers and actions.
• Manage data flow with integrations to various data sources like SharePoint lists, Dynamics 365, SQL databases and external APIs.
• Test Power application functionalities, addressing issues and enhancing improvements or changes when necessary.
• Must be able to create basic deployment guidelines, perform trainings to users and capture design specification documentations for Power Applications.
• Implement data analytics initiatives to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvements and lead initiatives for system enhancement and process optimization.
• Good understanding in workflow design, process automation, AI and machine learning concepts.
• Perform level basic IT support for HQ or Retail as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA and Power Apps.
• Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Certifications in RPA tools or MS Power Automate is a plus.
• Good understanding of database management, data analytics and information systems architecture.
• Preferably with experience in programming languages such as Python, Javascript or C#.
• Good track record in analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal, communications and written skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
