Malayan United Management Hiring! Full Time Cafe Chef in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 6,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the daily café kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Prepare high-quality local and Western ala-carte dishes according to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage food preparation, stock control, and minimise wastage.
• Lead and guide kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in menu improvement and other kitchen-related activities as required.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Chef / Cook in café, restaurant, hotel, or similar food service environment.
• Skilled in preparing local and Western cuisine.
• Able to work independently and manage café kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
