Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, site visits, and coordination of consultants for KM and BP submissions.
• Prepare, review, and monitor project documentation, authority submissions, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility providers, and government authorities throughout project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, site activities, contractor claims, and project milestones.
• Support CCC compliance, inspections, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Track defect rectification and coordinate with QAQC teams and contractors to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with feasibility studies, design reviews, and post-project evaluations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in property development, construction, consultancy, or project coordination.
• Experience with KM/BP submissions, consultant and contractor coordination, CCC processes, site inspections, progress claims, and defect management is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, planning, documentation, scheduling, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving and follow-up ability.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Able to support urgent project matters and coordinate with internal and external parties professionally.
