Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at VISI L.A SECURITY FORCE SDN BHD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a dynamic and target-driven environment

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection activities, including sending out surveys and feedback forms to assess client's overall satisfaction and task quality.
• Strong initiative to close sales via online chatting.
• Record the sales progress and customer requests in internal notes.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field of study is preferred
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Strong multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Assertive and proactive with service quality mind set.
• Confident in dealing with external and internal parties.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
