POSITION SUMMARY

• Job Type: Full-time (In-Person) (Fresh Graduates)
• Location: Melaka
• Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
• Shifts: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order Operations: Manage the end-to-end production workflow, ensuring effective order processing, status monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Customer Excellence: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally via multiple platforms.
• Efficiency: Coordinate with production personnel to optimize operational efficiency.
• Marketing Content: Design promotional posters for e-commerce platforms to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Marketing Strategy: Formulate and execute marketing plans for souvenier products to maximize sales performance.
• Design & Creativity: Create design concepts and visuals for new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends.
• Product Development: Suggest innovative products and designs based on market research and consumer demand.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduate with a creative or design-related background.
• Comfortable in Canva, and 2D design software such as CorelDRAW.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in platform's chat.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Probation (2 Months): RM2,200 fixed monthly salary.
• Confirmed Base: Total potential: RM2,500 - RM3,500.
• Benefits (Post-Confirmation): EPF, SOCSO, medical leave, and annual leave starting at 14 days.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
