About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer cum Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the video editing process from start to finish, ensuring the creation of high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and goals. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life across various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and internal communications.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos tailored for different social media platforms.
• Conceptualize and edit high-quality video content TikTok and Instagram Reels that reflect our brand identity and messaging.
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and visual transitions to enhance video quality and engagement.
• Work closely with content creator to understand what kind of video need to shoot and edit.
• Manage post-production workflow and organize media assets efficiently.
• Ensure all video content is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and adheres to the company brand guidelines.
• Stay tuned in to TikTok / IG trends editing and techniques for maximum engagement.
• Stay updated on video trends and editing styles to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Able to recommend improvement Video Editing to increase performance.
• Organize and manage video assets, including footage, templates, and audio libraries, to streamline the production process.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in creating and editing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of post-production workflow, color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to details.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passionate about social media, digital trends, and content creation.
• Strong communication in Bahasa (both spoken and written).

Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location: Jade Hill, Kajang, Selangor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
