Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant operations to ensure smooth daily production.
• Perform routine plant inspections and report any issues to the Plant Supervisor or Plant Engineer.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and assist in major maintenance activities.
• Respond to plant breakdowns and coordinate repair works when required.
• Record daily production data, plant performance, and stock usage.
• Monitor raw material stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
• Ensure housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the plant and surrounding area..
• Participate in training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in plant/manufacturing operations is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of plant maintenance and machinery operation.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
