Responsibilities
IMMEDIATE HIRING. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AAE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO WORK WITH OUR ESTEEMED COMPANY
Position: Admin and Accounts Executive (AAE)
Requirements;
1. At least 2 years of working experience in the Property Management field.
JD;
1. Responsible for handling and maintaining proper office document records
2. Responsible for handling and maintaining proper account-related documentation
3. Liaise with service providers, local authorities, and financial institutions
4. Assist Building Manager on operation, administration and finance
5. Assist the Accounts Manager on account-related matters
6. Being able to write minutes of meetings would be an added advantage
7. Generate billing and send out to the purchasers
8. Send reminders to the defaulters
9. Issue receipts after payment is received
10. Responsible for general office administration
11. Attending to incoming inquiries and complaints
12. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
