We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operation Executive to manage daily marketplace operations, product listings, inventory, order fulfillment, and sales performance across multiple online platforms.

Job Scope

- Manage daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and website.

- Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

- Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment.

- Analyze sales performance and prepare operational reports.

- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Handle customer service and marketplace inquiries.

- Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and marketing teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

- Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
