Core Fusion Hiring! Full Time Junior Software Project Coordinator in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibility

• Manage existing and new software project, communication, improvement, issues, change requests and processes.
• Analyse all technical tasks and processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected.
• Regular meeting with software vendor and define project goals, objectives, issues and changes.
• Oversee day-to-day software vendor operations on dealing issues and timeline.
• Tracking and prioritizing tasks, issues and change requests as the project progresses.
• Perform analysis and identify responsible parties for issues that required immediate attention.
• Check, test and sign off software deliveries and releases.
• Generate regular reports to update manager on software status and progress.
• Any other technical tasks assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Diploma /Degree in IT Technology, Computer Science or other related fields.
• Experience in web application development and CRM system.
• Experience in forex brokerage industry is a plus.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with software vendors and management.
• Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish.
• Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.
• Fluent spoken and written in English and Mandarin to communicate with team members from different countries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
