Job Summary
The Finance Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial planning and reporting for solar projects and company operations. The role involves monitoring project costs, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor company cash flow and financial transactions.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Project Financial Monitoring
- Track and monitor financial performance of solar projects.
- Prepare project cost reports and variance analysis.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process supplier invoices and payments.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
4. Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
5. Tax & Regulatory Matters
- Assist in preparation of tax submissions and statutory reports.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or solar/renewable energy industry is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
