WE ARE HIRING! Multilingual Customer Service Executive

Location: Bandar Medini Iskandar, Johor

Salary: RM1,900 – RM4,000/month - (Salary is based on language proficiency)

Salary Package

• BM & English: RM1,900 – RM2,500
• English Only: RM2,100 – RM2,800
• Mandarin Speaker: RM3,000 – RM4,000

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Record customer interactions and update the system accurately
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / SKM Level 3 / SVM / UEC / IGCSE
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with no working experience are welcome (Training Provided)
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin
• Able to work on a 24-hour rotational shift
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
