Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries.
- Manage room reservations and booking requests.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports.
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and organized.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
- Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Friendly, responsible, and customer service-oriented.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
