KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of reports to track our goals and maintain consistency and best in class practices within in the planning and execution processes for innovation.
• To monitor significant variances between Execute Volume, Trade Marketing and sales forecast and report findings to upper management.
• Anticipate demand fluctuations as they impact on the supply plan – distribution changes, consumption trends, promotions, and customer inventory position.
• To review consumption and shipment trends as compared to sales forecast. Provide recommendations on forecast adjustments where applicable.
• Understand lead times on base business, seasonal, and display items.
• Assist and challenge the forecasting proposal of the market to ensure the quality of the process and accuracy of results.
• Ensure NA demand for new innovation is loaded into systems prior to due dates.
• Ensure monthly forecast accuracy associated with major events, transitions, new, and discontinued items.
• Participate in internal review meetings where each innovation's demand is rolled out and reviewed vs benchmarks and are aligned to Initiative team and sales expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
