ADMIN ASSISTANT
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Production, Quality Control (QC), Engineering, and other operational departments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, production records, and quality documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation related to production performance and departmental KPIs.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and other company databases.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, internal audits, and departmental activities.
- Support procurement activities by processing purchase requests, communicating with vendors, and monitoring inventory and office supplies.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Human Resources, Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage filing systems (physical and electronic) and perform general office administrative duties, including scanning, photocopying, and document distribution.
- Ensure all documentation is updated, properly maintained, and complies with company policies and quality standards.
- Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant administrative experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Possess a positive attitude, good teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and own transportation.
