About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. In this role, you will be the bridge between our on-site team and the office, ensuring that all fleet data, delivery records, and accounting inputs are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Accounting Support:
- Cross-check and verify daily operational records, including trip sheets, delivery orders, and weighbridge tickets.
- Investigate and resolve basic data discrepancies (such as missing loads or tonnage mismatches) prior to month-end closing.
Operations & Fleet Tracking:
- Track basic vehicle maintenance schedules and update fleet records.
- Act as a point of contact for driver inquiries and coordinate between site supervisors and the office.
General Administration:
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital) for site receipts, invoices, and operational documents.
- Assist with basic HR administrative duties, such as compiling new hire documentation and tracking attendance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role. (Highly motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, capable of working independently, and comfortable communicating with both drivers and management.
- Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
