Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Insert inventory, customer and supplier data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limit.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Self-management of working within multiple concurrent projects
• Document, review, and confidently communicate project deliverables to stakeholders and internal team members
• Documenting and communicating data migration details following implementation to take a constructive approach to continuous improvement
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Keep information confidential
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Job Requirements:

1. EDUCATION LEVEL

• Diploma

2. SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
• Good analytical, communication and report writing skills.
• Good command of English
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
• Able to motivate, aid and train self-directed work teams and possess leadership qualities
• Proficient touch-typing skills.
