- Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat and emails.
- Provide effective solutions for customer issues.
- Follow up and respond back to users on a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must Minimum Diploma & above.
- Fluency in English
- Preferable Call Center/BPO working experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
