Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and timely

• Key in data into system (sales, expenses, payments, etc.)

• Verify documents and ensure proper filing (softcopy & hardcopy)

• Check billing details and follow up on discrepancies

• Assist in updating reports and basic documentation

• Support admin / accounts department when required

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin or related field

• Basic knowledge of invoicing and data entry

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel & accounting system

• Detail-oriented and responsible

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Good time management and accuracy

Preferred (Bonus if have):

• Experience in accounting software

• 1–2 years related working experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
