Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance and leave record management.
• Prepare HR-related letters and documents when required.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
• Perform data entry and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
