Job Description:

• Perform commissioning, testing, and functional verification of precision cooling systems, including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers, and related HVAC equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system optimization to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor system performance, analyze thermal conditions, and recommend improvements to enhance cooling efficiency and operational stability.
• Diagnose faults using BMS and HVAC diagnostic tools, implementing timely corrective actions.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation following each site visit.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to customers while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC commissioning, servicing, or maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers, or precision cooling systems.
• Data centre HVAC experience is an added advantage.
• Familiar with BMS and HVAC diagnostic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and provide on-call support when required.
