Job Scope

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product or order information.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales databases.
• Coordinate with the internal teams regarding order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries and outstanding issues.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Manage filing of sales documents and ensure proper record keeping.
• Follow up on customer payments.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Management.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
