Future Food Hiring! Full Time Bakery-Pastry Assistant in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

We're looking for bakery/pastry assistant experienced or not experienced to join our team. Students who want to apply internship also welcome to apply.

Job Description:

• Assist pastry chefs and bakers in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings.
• Operate bakery equipment and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Help with packing, labeling, and stock rotation.
• Ensure hygiene and safety compliance at all times.
• Bake different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes and multigrain breads.
• Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies (e.g. chocolate ganache, caramel sauce and fruits).
• Decorate cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings, like flowers.
• Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, cookies and sweet rolls.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of bakery or pastry preparation is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for long hours and handle physical tasks
• Team player with a positive attitude
