The Senior On-Site Calibration Engineer is responsible for leading and performing on-site calibration services while ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise in calibration, the ability to troubleshoot complex measurement systems, and leadership in coordinating field service activities. The engineer will also maintain strong customer relationships by delivering professional technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide on-site calibration service to Northern region From Perlis to Taiping.
• To cover UTM, Mass, Pressure and temperature calibration service.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in calibration, instrumentation, testing, or metrology.
• Experience in Pressure, Temperature, Mass, UTM, Dimensional, or Electrical calibration.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; calibration software is an advantage.
• CAD software knowledge (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, CATIA, etc.) is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Possess own transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
