Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage customer interactions, coordinate service appointments, and ensure a seamless customer journey. The successful candidate will support customer relationship management initiatives while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in person and over the phone.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the Service Department.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding services, pricing, and promotions.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Send appointment confirmations and service reminders.
- Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and service-related documentation.
- Manage incoming calls, appointment schedules, and administrative records.
- Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, or an automotive environment is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
RM1,900 – RM2,500 (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance Incentives
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
