Position Overview: We are seeking an execution-focused, highly organized Operations Manager to bridge the gap between high-level project vision and daily operational delivery. In this role, you will work directly alongside the executive leadership team, serving as the core operational anchor for our multi-project tech pipeline.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, possesses a foundational understanding of the blockchain/Web3 landscape, and prides themselves on flawless execution and high-fidelity project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder & Client Liaison: Attend high-level meetings alongside executive leadership with key project stakeholders and external partners. Capture complex verbal blueprints and translate them into structured operational action plans.
• High-Fidelity Execution: Oversee the daily administrative and technical execution pipelines for various ongoing corporate and tech developments. Ensure tasks are delivered on time and exactly to specified project blueprints.
• Operational Control: Monitor project timelines, workload pressures, and operational documentation, ensuring the internal team remains aligned with corporate directives.
• Reporting & Governance: Maintain clear, concise logs of project milestones, meeting outcomes, and corporate administrative requirements.

Requirements:

• Industry Knowledge: Baseline understanding of blockchain concepts, Web3 terminology, or decentralized business frameworks. (You do not need to be a developer, but you must be fluent in the terminology).
• Professional Persona: Exceptional listening, note-taking, and professional presentation skills. Comfortable sitting in executive-level meeting rooms.
• Execution Focus: Proven track record of managing high-workload pipelines under tight deadlines. Candidates who excel at taking direct operational blueprints and executing them systematically will thrive here.
• Resilience: High emotional intelligence and pressure tolerance. Ability to maintain focus and structured output in a dynamic, rapidly evolving corporate environment.
