Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements
Translate business processes and user stories into clear functional specifications/features to enhance system functionality
Analyze source and target system data models, data dictionaries, and mapping documents to support insights
Collaborate with data migration team to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Assist in defining and validating data quality rules, reconciliation reports, and lineage tracking
Help identify master and reference data sources, and support metadata documentation
Ensure alignment of data requirements with regulatory and operational reporting obligations
Present findings, recommendations, and impact assessments to senior stakeholders
Planning and co-ordination User Acceptance Testing on IT enhancements and other changes affecting IT / Digital application
3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analyst or Data Analyst role in the financial services industry
Familiarity with banking operations, business processes, and regulatory reporting
Understanding of data governance, quality, and privacy principles- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, process optimisation, and value creation
