Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s services and facilities. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maximizing occupancy, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate, event planners, etc.)
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to potential clients
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
• Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and events teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of the hospitality industry and local market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) sales
• Strong networking abilities
• Multilingual skills (with Mandarin an advantage in international markets)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
