What you’ll do:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Coordinate and resolve site technical issues, including drawing updates and requests for information.
• Lead and chair meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to keep everyone aligned.
• Monitor project progress closely and troubleshoot problems to keep the project on track.
• Prepare and verify monthly subcontractor claims to ensure accuracy and fairness.
• Implement and enforce ISO 9001:2015 quality, health, safety, and environmental policies across teams.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth

What we want:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management,
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience managing construction projects with strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project for project management.
• Experience with high-rise construction technologies and processes.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Willingness to be based and work in Klang Valley for on-site project supervision.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
