Costing Analyst

Salary: Up to RM2,200 – RM2,500 (depending on experience)
Location: Seksyen U8, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Job Responsibilities

• Process and allocate invoices to the correct cost centres.
• Record programme COCO numbers and update invoice trackers.
• Liaise with departments to obtain supporting documents.
• Ensure supporting documents are completed within the required timeline.
• Review Vendor Invoice Checklist Reports and Labour Reports.
• Process labour-related invoices and verify cost allocation.
• Review customer debit notes and maintain Statement of Account (SOA).
• Prepare monthly SOA reports.
• Assist in month-end closing, P&L verification and expense reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Experience in costing or financial analysis is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
