Job Purpose
- Responsible for providing pantry services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Beverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to employees, guests, and visitors as requested.
- Ensure that all beverages are served in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the recipients.
- Ensure that all utensils, cups, and other equipment used in beverage preparation are clean and in good condition.
2. Pantry Management & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the pantry area, ensuring all surfaces, appliances, and equipment are kept spotless.
- Monitor stock levels of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and other beverage-related supplies, and inform the supervisor when restocking is needed.
- Organize and store pantry supplies efficiently to avoid waste and ensure availability.
- Ensure cleanliness of all tea and coffee-making equipment, including kettles, coffee machines, and cups.
3. Guest & Staff Support
- Assist in setting up and maintaining refreshments during meetings, conferences, and other office events.
- Provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for staff and visitors.
- Offer courteous and professional service to guests, making them feel comfortable and valued.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
