Salary: RM70 – RM110 per completed job (depending on job scope and location)

Job Overview

We are looking for reliable and experienced Freelance Onsite IT Support Technicians to join our nationwide support team. This role is ideal for IT professionals seeking flexible, project-based assignments. Technicians will provide onsite technical support to our corporate clients based on assigned service requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues.
• Install, configure and replace IT hardware and software.
• Perform IMAC services (Install, Move, Add and Change).
• Reimage Windows desktops and laptops.
• Replace faulty hardware components (RAM, SSD, HDD, keyboards, etc.).
• Configure printers, scanners and other office devices.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches and routers).
• Assist with server and network "remote hands & eyes" support.
• Update job status, submit service reports and provide photos upon job completion.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and the support team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of IT Support or Field Service experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
• Able to troubleshoot desktop, laptop and printer issues independently.
• Own a laptop and smartphone.
• Own transportation (car or motorcycle).
• Able to travel to customer sites.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to accept on-call assignments during business hours.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
