Job Description - Project Admin (Junior Quantity Surveyor)

• Basic understanding of quantity surveying principles, contract administration, and construction processes.
• Familiarity with Bills of Quantities (BQ), quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian Standard Method of Measurement (SMM2/MyCESMM2) is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, CostX, Cubicost, Glodon, or other QS software is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Support quantity take-off from construction drawings.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain contract documents, records, and project correspondence.
• Monitor project costs and assist in preparing cost reports.
• Perform other quantity surveying and contract administration duties as assigned.

Your criteria

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or industrial training experience in construction, quantity surveying, or contract administration is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
