Warehouse & Logistic

• Oversee and manage daily Warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and inventory control.
• Ensure full compliance with LMW procedure and custom regulations.
• Prepare the monthly and annual custom report for submission, application, renewal in timely manner.
• To liase with government authority for any license requirements
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock count, and ensure proper documentation and traceability
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics including shipment planning, delivery schedules and transportation management.
• Ensure proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements for productivity and cost reduction, for Quarterly review with superior.
• Coordinate and arranging of waste/scrap item collected and arrange with scrap collector
• Liaise with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, QA and Program) and external parties (Forwarder, custom agent)
• · Coordinate with team to raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for raw materials, and other items that related.
